WA Mirning People Native Title Determination

WA Mirning People were granted native title over approximately 33,000 square kilometres of traditional land in October 2017.
The determination includes 22,000 square kilometres of exclusive possession of the Nullarbor Plain extending from Point Dover south of Caiguna to the Western Australian state border and the Trans Line to the low water mark in the Great Australian Bight.

WA Mirning People’s native title is managed by the Mirning Traditional Lands Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC through a Board of Directors representing the family groups.
